Hourly Rate: Starting at $23.50/hour

Are you passionate about the outdoors, love working with plants, and want to help keep Vail beautiful? The Town of Vail is hiring Seasonal Flower Crew members to help design, plant, and maintain the vibrant flower beds and planters that make our community bloom all summer long.
What You’ll Do:
- Work outdoors in a stunning mountain setting planting, watering, fertilizing, weeding, and deadheading annual flower beds and planters throughout the Town.
- Help install and maintain hanging baskets and flower displays.
- Assist with flower design and layout.
- Operate hand tools, watering vehicles, and light equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with a close-knit team dedicated to keeping Vail beautiful.
What We’re Looking For:
- Enthusiastic individuals who enjoy physically active, outdoor work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude and commitment to excellence.
Previous landscaping or gardening experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided!
