Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Public Works Crew Leader to join our team. This position will oversee various public works activities and tasks, including stormwater management and facility maintenance.
Key Duties:
- Directly supervises assigned public works tasks and ensures compliance with departmental standards.
- Coordinates and conducts asphalt and concrete repair to streets, sidewalks, curb, and gutter, and other street facilities.
- Operates construction equipment such as dump trucks, loaders, tampers, trenchers, air compression-driven equipment, and other related light, medium, and heavy equipment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- A minimum of 8 years' experience equivalent to the position of Senior Public Works Specialist.
- A minimum of three years' experience supervising employees and/or projects.
