LIBRARY AIDE – WILLIMANTIC PUBLIC LIBRARY

The Town of Windham seeks qualified applicants for the position of Library Aide. This is a part-time position (25 hrs/wk @ $15.50/hr). Under the direction of the Library Director, the Library Aide performs entry-level library and clerical work, including the shelving of books and other materials, and other tasks related to the maintenance of the library’s collection. Additional duties include emptying the book drop, discharging books, operating the copier, assisting with mailings, and receiving material.
Must be a high school graduate or possess a GED.
Must have a pleasant, courteous, outgoing, and welcoming attitude.
