WATER UTILITY LABORER - WINDHAM WATER WORKS

Windham Water Works is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Water Utility Laborer. This is a full-time position (40 hrs/wk; M-F, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.).
Under the direction of the Water Superintendent, the Water Utility Laborer is responsible for performing a wide range of construction, repair, and maintenance activities for the Water System, including repairing water system facilities, equipment, and/or performing grounds maintenance. Maintains compliance with all local, state, and federal environmental laws and regulations. Position is classified as an “essential” employee, which means the employee is expected to report to work during emergencies, including inclement weather (i.e., tropical storm, hurricane, ice/snowstorm, etc.), natural or man-made disasters, pandemic, etc.
