Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Town Plaza Women's Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

- Manage the efficient flow of patients, including screening, preparation for exams, and obtaining vitals.
- Notify patients of test results and follow-up appointments, and instruct patients on medications and treatment instructions.
- Manage patient records, including chart entries and posting lab/test results.
- Schedule tests and treatments, arranging referrals to specialists and obtaining pre-authorizations as directed by providers.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinic setting is preferred.
- Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in accordance with state regulations.
