General Operations Crew Member
Open/Multiple Positions
Part Time: Hours Based on Events
Compensation: $18/hr.

JOB SUMMARY
Under the general guidance and direction of the Director of Operations, the Operations Crew
members are to assist in a wide variety of tasks in the general upkeep of the facility,
maintenance of the facility, preparation of events and Wild Games and production of events
and Wild games.
Job duties: perform work as needed to clean, maintain and prepare for events at the facility. Duties
include skilled and semi-skilled tasks, which often require heavy lifting and a high degree of physical
exertion.
TYPICAL JOB DUTIES
- Assist in the construction, repair and maintenance of the building.
- Participate in all aspects of the conversion process in preparation for events. Duties may
staging, tables, other furnishings, and equipment.
- Report irregularities, discrepancies, safety or damage concerns or loss of property
- All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift and bend for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to perform heavy lifting tasks up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to follow directions from supervisors.
- Must be able to work on a variety of tools including: sockets, wrenches, hammers, drills,

QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED
- Ability to operate equipment such as light trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, boom lifts, Zamboni
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience.
