Position: Memory Caregiver Extraordinaire (aka Compassionate Memory Whisperer)
Location: The Gem at Town Village Sterling Heights - A Community Where Every Story Matters, located in Northern Sterling Heights, conveniently located off M-59 and a hop, skip and a jump away from I-75
Job Description:
- Engage in daily heroic acts of kindness, patience, and love.
- Utilize your superpower of compassion to provide comfort and care (showers, grooming, continence care, dining assist, light housekeeping duties etc.) to our extraordinary residents.
- Be the responsible guardian of our community’s most precious treasures: our residents’ memories.

Requirements:
- A heart so big, it has its own zip code.
- The patience of a saint and the stealth of a ninja when sneaking in healthy snacks.
- Ability to leap tall piles of laundry in a single bound (and assist in actually doing laundry)
- Superhuman strength to lift spirits (and occasionally, other things, like fellow amazing humans).
- X-ray vision not required, but the ability to see the best in people is a must.
