## Job Summary We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. ## Duties - Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and address inquiries promptly. - Utilize excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact with customers professionally. - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update customer information. - Analyze customer needs and recommend products or services that best suit their requirements. - Upsell products or services to increase sales revenue. - Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information. - Multilingual skills, especially in Spanish, are a plus. ## Experience - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. - Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is advantageous. - Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with sales techniques and the ability to upsell products or services is beneficial.
