Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (Occasional OT and/or Saturdays)

About the Role: As a Human Resources Generalist, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR department and dealerships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing weekly payrolls accurately and on time.
- Guiding new hires through onboarding and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Administering group benefits and assisting with enrollment.
- Maintaining and organizing employee files and records.
- Assisting with talent acquisition and recruitment efforts.
- Generating reports, verifying employment, and other administrative tasks.

- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.

- Education & Experience:
- An associate degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience (1 year of HR work or training).
