What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Salesperson/ Realtor position at Towne Housing LLC?
Towne Housing Real Estate is looking to recruit experienced as well as newly licensed NYS Real Estate Salesperson/Realtor to our growing sales team. We offer competitive commission structures along with a competitive annual commission cap to help our agents earn more. We focus on key elements including technology, internal systems, education and training courses developed and trained in house to promote our agents long term success.

- One on One interaction with Management to help learn and promote a strong understanding of the buying and selling process.
- We operate in partnership with Towne Housing Real Estate's Property Management Division, Ranked TOP 25 in WNY by Buffalo Business First. Our agents who focus on investor buyers and sellers can benefit from a strong professional property management service to help their investor clients.
Basic Job Tasks and Responsibilities include:
- Open House Showings, Private Buyer & Seller Showings and Market Research
- Place Signage at properties and creating marketing materials for your listings including listing details in the MLS, Photos and Videography when applicable
- Attending training meetings and sales meetings to help promote your professional growth and development.
- Maintaining a strong social media presence and promoting your experience and value to potential clients that may be looking to buy and sell a home.
- Maintaining your license and completing the mandatory license renewal and continuing education requirements.
Requirements:Regulatory Notice: While a real estate license is not required to apply, you must obtain a real estate license before officially being hired. To earn a real estate license you will need to complete real estate classes (online or in-person) offered by an accredited learning institution and pass a state licensing exam.
