Responsibilities
- Serve all guests in a timely & courteous manner
- Prepare beverages following recipes
- Maintain high-level quality standards including consistency and presentation
- Clean, stock, and maintain food & beverages throughout shift
- Follow & maintain all sanitation standards for food, cleanliness, and safety
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, listening, and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of food & coffee plus an interest to learn more (training provided)
- Previous barista experience and working knowledge of a commercial espresso machine is required.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and provide a consistent, high quality experience for all guests
- Latte art skills a big plus
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Capability to withstand warm temperatures and noisy environments
- Ability to occasionally lift & carry up to 35lbs
- Endure in various physical activities like reaching, bending, kneeling, climbing and moving about facility
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
