Front of House Team Member

Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Front of House Team Member at Towne & Oak. We are seeking a dedicated individual to contribute to our vibrant restaurant environment. As a Front of House Team Member, you will play a multidisciplinary role covering a number of functions including cashier, food runner and busser .

Duties
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and deliver customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
- Process payments using Toast POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Provide support to other team members as needed

Experience
- Prior experience in a restaurant or cafe setting preferred
- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding quality standards
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as assigned

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
