We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner.
- Assist in bussing tables and ensuring cleanliness throughout the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and presentation.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to assist guests with inquiries.
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for events or peak service times.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary standards.
- Experience with POS systems for order tracking is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on guest interaction and satisfaction.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel settings is advantageous.
