Position : Construction Project Manager
Location : Total Restoration Solutions, Greater Cincinnati, OH-specializing in fire, wind, and water restoration projects across Greater Cincinnati, OH.
Competitive Pay : $70-$75,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
What You'll Do :
- Coordinate and manage internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of construction projects.
- Oversee subcontractor work and inspect properties regularly to ensure adherence to project plans, budget, and timelines.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and report updates to the Area Manager.
- Analyze and resolve any issues that arise on the job site to ensure smooth project progression.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and address any violations as necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and keep all stakeholders informed.
- Foster strong relationships with third parties / vendors to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Proactively manage delays due to weather or emergencies to keep projects on track.
- Lead and supervise teams, ensuring alignment with Towne Properties' values and goals.
