Position : Leasing Professional
Location : The Berryessa - Columbus, OH
Office Hours : Tuesday-Saturday 9am-6pm
Pay Rate : $15 to $ 17 hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions and bonuses
Who You Are :
- At least one year of experience in leasing within multifamily housing or in a sales role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with Yardi software (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus!
- Strong attention to detail with effective time management and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in property showings, lease negotiations, and managing the application process.
- Ability to conduct market surveys and competitive analysis.
- Positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with managing and maintaining social media platforms.
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance required.
