Position : Assistant Community Manager
Location : Salem Woods Apartments
Office Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm.
Community Size : 234 units
What We're Looking For :
- At least 2 year of experience in property management or leasing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Yardi software.
- Strong verbal and written skills with excellent customer service.
- Detail-oriented with effective time management and multitasking abilities.
- Able to manage and resolve a variety of challenges.
- Highly motivated with a keen eye for detail.
- Possession of a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
- Willing to submit to drug and background checks upon receiving a job offer.
