Position: Leasing Professional
Location: Indian Lookout Apartments - West Carrollton, OH
Office Hours: Tuesday - Friday 9 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM
Community Size: 320 units

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the Face of the Community: Greet prospective residents, showcase our beautiful apartments, and highlight the amenities that make Indian Lookout Apartments stand out.
- Guide the Leasing Process: Handle inquiries, conduct property tours, assist with applications, and ensure smooth move-ins.
- Market Like a Pro: Conduct market surveys, shop competitors, manage social media, and contribute to creative marketing strategies.
- Stay Organized: Maintain model apartments, prepare properties for residents, and handle paperwork, reports, and newsletters.
- Foster Resident Relationships: Assist with resident activities and provide top-notch customer service every step of the way.
Who You Are:
- At least 1 year of leasing or sales experience, ideally in multifamily housing.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Yardi software.
- A detail-oriented multitasker with strong communication skills and a knack for customer service.
- Comfortable managing social media platforms.
- Reliable, with a valid driver’s license, vehicle, and insurance.
- Able to pass drug and background checks upon receiving an offer.
