Position: Maintenance Manager
Location: Timbercreek Village Apts - Columbus, OH
Scheduled Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm, with an on-call rotation
Pay Rate: $25 - $30/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions and bonuses
Who you are:
- A minimum of three years of experience in multi-family residential maintenance.
- Skilled in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, apartment turnovers, grounds, pool care, lighting, and more
- HVAC experience required
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math, problem-solving, and computer/smartphone skills
- Owns basic hand tools
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- Willing to complete a background check and drug screening
What you’ll do as an Maintenance Manager:
- Perform apartment turnovers and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, locks, carpentry, and more
- Install and repair appliances, water heaters, toilets, and electrical/plumbing systems
- Complete work orders while keeping the community in top condition
- Oversee and guide a team
- Address emergency maintenance needs, including on-call responsibilities
