Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Regency Place Apartments - Raleigh, NC
Scheduled Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm, with an on-call rotation every 2 weeks
Pay Rate: $25-$26/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions, on-call bonuses and annual bonuses
Who You Are:
- Experience: 2 years in residential maintenance, including apartment turnovers.
- Skills: Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, groundskeeping, and pool care.
- Certifications: HVAC experience; certification preferred.
- Customer Focus: A friendly, professional, and proactive attitude.
- Tech Savvy: Basic computer or smartphone skills.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
What You'll Do as a Maintenance Technician:
- Hands-On Maintenance: Perform HVAC repairs, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, and more.
- Apartment Turns: Prepare units for new residents efficiently and to a high standard.
- Work Orders: Complete work orders from residents while keeping the community in pristine condition.
- Emergency Response: Address emergencies as situations arise or while on-call.
