Position: Part-Time Grounds Technician
Location: Four Bridges Apartments - Liberty Township, OH
Scheduled hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9am - 4pm (around 20 hours/week)
Competitive pay: up to $17/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Who you are:
- You have experience in groundskeeping.
- You enjoy working primarily outdoors, regardless of weather conditions.
- You have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- You like to work independently and as part of a team.
- You must be able to lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds.
- You possess a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto-insurance.
- You are willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.
What you will do as a Part-Time Grounds Technician:
- Maintain grounds, sidewalks, and roadways keeping them free of debris, snow, and ice.
- Plant, fertilize, and water trees, grass, flowers, and shrubs.
- Address resident inquiries and concerns about outdoor areas.
- Report issues or damage to outdoor structures and landscaping features to management.
- Complete light to moderate maintenance work orders and maintain the pool chemicals.
