Position: Property Manager
Location: Oregon Living (Copper Cove & Yorktown Village Apartments) - Oregon, OH
Scheduled Hours: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm, and as needed for emergencies and events
Pay Rate: $50,000 - $55,000/year (based on experience and qualifications), commissions, and bonuses
Who you are:
- You are an experienced Property Manager with more than a year of management experience of a residential multifamily apartment community (multi-site experience preferred).
- You understand that excellent customer service is paramount when collaborating with our residents, prospects, and vendors.
- You use outstanding people skills with your team and your residents through excellent verbal communication, MS Office products, Yardi software, and social media business use.
- You have a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle and auto-insurance, and you are willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.
What you will do as a Property Manager:
- Direct the operational activities of multiple residential multifamily communities to maximize the financial return for the owners and for the benefit of the communities.
- Direct the day-to-day activities of maintenance, leasing, landscaping, marketing, safety, and security.
- Obtain bids as needed and oversee the purchase of supplies and equipment.
- The Oregon Living collection includes: Copper Cove and Yorktown Village Apartments

- More than a year of residential multifamily apartment community management experience.
