Position: Regional Support Associate
Location: Northern Ohio Apartment District - Toledo, OH
Scheduled Hours: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm
Pay Rate: $20 - $22/hour (based on experience and qualifications), with bonus potential
Who You Are:
- More than a year of property management experience.
- Collaborator with a cheerful outlook.
- Initiative-taking and meticulous with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Experienced in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel) and knowledge of Yardi software.
- Valid driver’s license, with reliable vehicle and auto-insurance.
- Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check if offered a position.
What You Will Do as a Regional Support Associate:
- Direct and coordinate community activities across designated regions, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional resident experiences.
- Provide administrative support for property operations, including lease renewals, move-ins/outs, and other site-level responsibilities.
- Complete payables efficiently and accurately, as per organizational guidelines.
- Conduct regular walks of apartments and properties to ensure optimal condition and presentation.
- Assist management with various tasks related to social media, resident events, owner walks, newsletters, community related tasks, and preparing owner reports.
- Travel and work onsite at assigned regional communities.
