Position : Community Manager
Location : Sky Central Apartments – Downtown Cincinnati, Ohio
Working Hours : Monday - Friday 8 : 30am to 5pm
Pay Rate : $60,000-70,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
Community Size : 208 units
Sky Central Apartments, located in the historic PNC Tower annex, one of the most significant buildings in downtown Cincinnati, has been converted into an upscale, mixed-use property.
What We're Looking For :
- More than one (1) year of property management experience in the multifamily residential industry.
- High-rise experience (preferred) .
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
- Meticulous with strong written and verbal communication.
- Capable of resolving a variety of challenges efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto-insurance.
- Willingness to undergo drug and background checks upon a job offer.
