🏥 Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
📋 Evaluate patients to assess physical function, mobility limitations, and rehab potential
🧠 Develop customized treatment plans based on individual needs and goals
💪 Implement evidence-based interventions to improve strength, mobility, endurance, and balance
🤝 Collaborate with nurses, OTs, SLPs, physicians, and families for holistic care
🔄 Re-assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback
📝 Document all sessions accurately and timely in EMR systems
🎯 Educate patients and caregivers on safe exercises, mobility strategies, and home care techniques
🧍♀️ Help patients reclaim independence and return to doing the things they love!
🎯 What You’ll Need:
✔️ Active PT license in Arizona
✔️ Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
✔️ A passion for patient care and a love for new environments
✔️ Experience in SNF, outpatient, or hospital settings is a plus
✔️ Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and maybe a good playlist for desert drives 🎶
