Towne U.S. is currently seeking a skilled / motivated / top tier, Travel Physical Therapist to join our team for a 13-26 week assignment in Dayton, Ohio. This is a fantastic opportunity for a PT who enjoys variety and working with a diverse patient population while exploring new locations. The assignment will primarily focus on outpatient rehab setting for this placement.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities :
Patient Assessment : Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ physical conditions, reviewing medical histories and working with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans.
Treatment Plan Development : Design and implement treatment plans to address patient needs, focusing on improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall physical function.
Therapeutic Interventions : Provide hands-on care including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, gait training, modalities (e.g., heat, cold, electrical stimulation), and other interventions as needed.
Documentation : Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
Collaboration : Work closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients.
Patient Education : Educate patients and their families about physical therapy exercises, injury prevention, and self-care techniques to improve long-term outcomes.
Discharge Planning : Plan for patient discharge by ensuring that patients are equipped with the knowledge and tools for continued progress after therapy ends.
