Offering studio and one-bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchens, and organized closet units from The Container Store, the brand provides thoughtful spaces for both living and working. TownePlace Suites and Tastemade partnered to develop a co-branded cookbook, “Suite Eats,” featuring simple, delicious recipes and cooking tips for longer stay guests, encouraging them to take full advantage of TownePlace Suites’ full kitchen and Weber grills. TownePlace Suites offers the comforts of home with its “Something Borrowed” amenity which allows guests to borrow games and tools from the front desk.
We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented individual to work as a Front Desk Attendant in our hotel. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar position, exceptional time-management skills, be comfortable working with a diverse customer bases as well as being respectful to all people who enter the hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming guests
- Receiving and delivering all incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Answering all calls and directing as needed
- Recording guest-sensitive information in the company's internal database and directing them to their designated rooms
- Managing and making reservations for guests
- Processing customer payments and presenting them with the bill upon check-out
- Assisting guests who request additional services
- Keeping the front desk neat, orderly and sanitized at all times
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
