Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As the Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our breakfast area, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. This is a leadership role that requires strong supervisory skills and a passion for delivering an outstanding dining experience. Anytime availability is required!
Duties:
- Supervise and manage all aspects of the food and beverage operations
- Ensure smooth shift management, including scheduling, staffing, and training
- Oversee restaurant management activities, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment
- Lead a team of dedicated staff members, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any concerns or issues promptly
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menus and specials
- Implement effective cost control measures to maximize profitability
- Utilize POS systems to process orders, payments, and track inventory
Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and inventory management
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
