We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations, ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and clients, and contributing to the overall success of our technology sales initiatives. This position requires a blend of organizational skills, technical knowledge, and a passion for driving sales growth. Hospitality experience is required!
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in managing accounts and maintaining customer relationships.
- Coordinate lead generation efforts and support outside sales activities.
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts.
- Provide technical support to clients regarding product features and benefits.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress toward targets.
- Schedule property tours, fill out sales lead sheets, and book reservations.
- Complete daily assignments, attend conference calls and act as MOD as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience in account management or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with technology sales processes, including lead generation and upselling techniques.
- Strong understanding sales dynamics and market trends.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft software and other relevant sales tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
