Description
Job Duties:
- Greeting & checking in guests
- Handling guest requests
- Answering internal/external calls
- Taking reservations over the phone
- Running shift reports & balancing cash drawers
- Properly executing daily closing reports (Night Audit)
- Assisting other departments with guest needs including communicating issues to department
Characteristics of a Strong Guest Service Representative Candidate:

- Willingness to listen and respond to guest needs
- Attention to detail
