Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and maintaining a hotel or industrial facility. The Housekeeper will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, providing exceptional hospitality to our guests, and adhering to our high standards of cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain floors, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
- Perform general custodial duties, such as dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.
- Follow our cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization.
- Manage the cleaning schedule and ensure all areas of the facility are clean and tidy.
- Provide exceptional hospitality to guests, including responding to requests and addressing any issues promptly.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve cleaning goals and maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Maintain the confidentiality of guests and colleagues, adhering to our confidentiality policies.
- Complete any reasonable requests or tasks as assigned by Management
Experience:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is helpful.
- Experience in a hotel or industrial facility is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, and stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Skills:
- Proficiency in industrial cleaning and floor care.
- Experience with cleaning and hospitality practices.
- Ability to work in a hotel or industrial facility.
- Strong cleaning and organization skills.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management techniques and procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills.
