Work Location: In personWe are seeking a motivated Front Desk Agent to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage aspects of their accommodation. You will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences during their stay. QUALIFICATIONS:
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Possess a positive and upbeat attitude and a desire to deliver outstanding service.
· Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
· Able to work with basic arithmetic functions.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Proficient computer skills, preferably including knowledge of hotel management systems.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Guest Check-in and Check-out: Greet guests warmly, verify their reservation details, and assist them with the check-in and check-out process. Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, policies, and local attractions.
· Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and grooming, as well as regular attendance in compliance with management standards.
· Welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk in accordance with hotel standards; maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.
· Understand and comply at all times with hotel policies, standards, and regulations.
· Process guest payments, including credit card transactions, following established procedures. Maintain accurate records of transactions.
· Obtain all needed information when taking room reservations and enter reservations into the system per procedural standards.
· Maintain a secure and safe environment for guests and colleagues by following established procedures, including monitoring surveillance systems, reporting suspicious activity, and being aware of emergency procedures.
· Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping and maintenance, to address guest needs and ensure a seamless guest experience. Communicate effectively with team members to relay important information and resolve issues promptly.
