Duties
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in all reports.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing excellent customer service.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift.
- Maintain security protocols for the hotel, ensuring the safety of guests and property.
- Prepare daily revenue reports and assist with balancing accounts.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide assistance to guests regarding hotel services, local attractions, and reservations.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not necessary.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and property management software is a plus.
