Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Handle laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues to management.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as requested by management.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
