As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience during their stay. Duties: - Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor upon arrival - Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately - Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member - Assist with reservations, cancellations, and changes as needed - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction Experience: - Previous experience in guest relations or hospitality management is preferred - Familiarity with front desk operations, including night audit procedures, is a plus - Proficiency in using phone systems and demonstrating proper phone etiquette - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of hotel management software is an asset We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
