Guest Service Representative
Overview
TownePlace Suites by Marriott is currently hiring for a Guest Service Representative to work at our NW/B8 location. This position is responsible for customer service, changing guests' rooms, making reservations, providing information about the hotel, and keeping the lobby area clean and tidy. We are looking for an outgoing person who enjoys the customer service side of things and would like to be a part of a fun and upbeat team.
The ideal candidate will be available to work 7a-3p and 3p-11p shifts any day of the week. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
- Hotel experience preferred but not required.
- Work experience in the hotel industry is preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
