Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including residential homes, hotels, or healthcare facilities. The Housekeeper will perform a variety of cleaning tasks and uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, common areas, restrooms, and other designated spaces.
- Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Ensure proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Follow established housekeeping procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional service to guests or residents by addressing their needs and requests.
Skills
- Proficient in custodial practices and techniques for effective cleaning.
- Knowledgeable in floor care methods including sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently.
- Experience in industrial cleaning or housekeeping management is a plus.
- Familiarity with hospitality environments such as hotels or residential care facilities is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests or residents.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
