We are looking for a reliable and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks such as repairs, painting, and cleaning. They will also be responsible for inspecting and maintaining equipment, responding to maintenance requests, and ensuring that the facility is kept in a safe and orderly condition. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the building and grounds in a safe and clean condition.
- Perform minor repairs on equipment and fixtures.
- Inspect and maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and fixtures.
- Perform basic carpentry, painting, and other related tasks.
- Assist with the installation of new equipment or fixtures.
- Keep records of maintenance activities.
