Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. This position involves managing front desk responsibilities, conducting night audits, and providing exceptional guest services to ensure a positive experience for all guests. The hours are 11pm - 7am. You will need to be available to train on first and second shift 2-3 days prior to training on 3rd.
Duties
- Perform night audit procedures, including balancing accounts and preparing financial reports.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while addressing guest inquiries and concerns.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting guests with their needs and ensuring their comfort during their stay.
- Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and reservations using hotel management software.
- Handle phone systems efficiently to manage incoming calls and relay messages to guests and staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication regarding guest services and needs.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
