Operations Manager

You will assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in all aspects of daily operations.
- Oversee and manage staff, including training and development.
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a front desk manager or in hospitality management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of hotels.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
