Introduction:
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Housekeeper/Inspector to join our team and ensure that our facilities are clean and well-maintained. The Housekeeper/Inspector will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms, common areas, and other areas of the facility, as well as performing tasks such as laundry and inventory management. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect all hotel rooms to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
- Check for any damages or maintenance issues and report them to the appropriate department.
- Ensure that all amenities are stocked and in good condition.
- Check that all appliances and electronics are in working order.
- Ensure that all linens and towels are clean and in good condition.
- Ensure that all trash and recycling is properly disposed of
- Ensure that all guest requests are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure that they are following hotel standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent- Prior experience in housekeeping or hotel management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
