DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?
- Some hotel or customer service experience
- Ability to work overnight shifts, including some weekends and holidays
- Ability to independently complete accurate financial reports and follow audit procedures
- Proficiency with property management systems and basic accounting principles
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities
Our ideal full- or part-time Night Auditor has some Marriott experience.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
You work overnight on a full- or part-time basis. Your schedule includes weekdays, weekends, and some holidays as needed.
Our Night Auditor ensures we provide comprehensive customer service 24 / 7 and create seamless experiences for overnight guests. Highly courteous and professional, you assist guests with late check-ins or check-outs, process payments, answer questions, and maintain a warm and welcoming environment.
When you're not helping guests, you're performing in-depth financial audits to ensure our records are accurate and compliant with our high standards. Attentively, you reconcile daily financial reports, prepare audit summaries, and oversee safety and security. You keep everything running smoothly overnight and help prepare for another busy day serving hotel guests!
