Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours. This position involves meal preparation, food handling, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area. A strong focus on customer service and hospitality is essential to ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present breakfast items according to established recipes and standards.
- Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet, ensuring all items are fresh and well-stocked.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces.
- Assist guests with their needs, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels of breakfast supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Maintain all logs including hot and cold temperature, cleaning logs, and daily offering logs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and culinary techniques.
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts as required by the breakfast schedule.
- Must Be reliable and able to commute to work for all scheduled shifts.

Pay: $12.00 - $12.50 per hour
