Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in dry cleaning and maintaining a clean environment, preferably in a hotel setting. Sundays are a must, with 4 other week days M-F.
Responsibilities:
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and press laundry items
- Inspect garments for stains or damage and treat them accordingly
- Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines
- Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area and equipment
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation standards
Experience:
- Prior experience in laundry services, preferably in a hotel or similar setting
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and laundry procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
