- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to assist guests effectively.
- Process reservations and cancellations through the hotel management system.
- Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Skills
- Strong guest services orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele.
