We’re looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative who is ready to tackle the challenge of building a book of business from the ground up. This is a true outside sales role — no farming, no existing client lists. You’ll be prospecting, pitching, and closing new clients to drive Towner’s growth in the competitive telecommunications and tech solutions market.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

  • Own Your Leads: You’ll be responsible for generating and securing your own leads through cold calling, email outreach, and in-person networking. You’re the hunter who knows how to track down and close new business.
  • Build from Scratch: Develop and execute a personal sales strategy to reach new prospects and turn them into long-term clients. Every win starts with your hustle and your effort.
  • Hit the Quota: Meet and exceed aggressive sales targets. You will be accountable for your performance, with a clear focus on achieving — and surpassing — your quota.
  • Close New Business: Take full control of the sales process from the first contact to final contract, focusing on new client acquisition.
  • Stay Mobile: This is an outside sales role, meaning you’re out in the field, networking, meeting prospects face-to-face, and making it happen.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING!

  • 1-3 years of sales experience in an outside sales role, with a proven ability to generate your own leads and close new business.
  • Strong communication skills — you know how to engage potential clients and keep them interested.
