Skilled Nursing LPN (NOC Shift) Job Description
Towner County Medical Center is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for the NOC shift (7 : 00pm-7 : 30am) in our Skilled Nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing quality care to our residents and will be able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Job Responsibilities :
- Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Observe and report changes in residents' conditions
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families
