Responsibilities include:
Learning and retaining large amounts of menu knowledge: including ingredients, dietary restrictions, and preparations.
Upholding our service standards and ensuring guests have a world-class experience.
Market the restaurant including but not limited to your own shifts and special events.
Accurately mix and pour spirits, wine, beer, and cocktails. (Bartender only)
Build relationships with guests and make sure their expectations are exceeded.
Run food and drinks
Keep tables/bartops clean.
Complete side work in order to keep the restaurant prepared for shifts including various cleaning, stocking, and rolling silverware.
