We are seeking a Director, Human Resources to oversee and lead the organization's HR programs and policies as they apply to talent management, employee relations, compensation, compliance, performance, and recruitment.
Responsibilities :
- Strategic partner and liaison to executives, supporting organizational initiatives and decision-making.
- Counsel managers and supervisors on matters of discipline and conflict resolution.
- Manage conflict resolution processes, ensuring fair and consistent handling of employee concerns and issues.
- Assess, identify and create training programs to enhance and develop leaderships skills.
- Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes to attract top talent.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate, timely execution.
- Manage HRIS systems and ensure accurate file management for all employees.
- Oversee the performance management systems to drive productivity and accountability.
- Reviews and interprets all laws, regulations, statutes, rules and policies affecting the Human Resources Department.
