We're Looking for a Parts Counter Sales Person in Greenville, NY!
Family owned since 1971, Townline Equipment has an opening in our Parts Department for a Parts Retail Sales Associate at our Greenville, NY store. This is a full-time parts retail sales position that offers a great wage, an excellent benefit package, and a great work environment that includes the opportunity for growth and career development.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent parts customer service by communicating effectively and serving the needs of parts customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email, text or in-person)
- Be a customer service leader on the showroom floor by making sure all walk in and phone customers are greeted in a friendly and professional manner and connected with the individual they need to solve their problem
- Provide parts recommendations including alternatives that meet customer’s needs
- Assist with supplying service technicians with parts required
- Assist with preparing and maintaining a professional showroom and work area
- Assist with shipping and receiving, parts inventory stocking, cycling and organizational projects
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management and vendors with a constant commitment to teamwork and outstanding customer service
- Assist with staging wholegoods for service shop
- Assist with unloading deliveries
Requirements

- Quick learner
- Two or more years of experience in the equipment, car or truck industry preferred, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
