Our Automobile Salesperson Job Duties:
- Must be process-oriented and fully understand and implement the “Road to Sale” (training provided).
- Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models.
- Engages with customers on the sales floor and lot, answering questions and building rapport.
- Develops buyers by maintaining customer relationships, meeting prospects at community activities, greeting drop-ins, responding to inquiries, and recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
- Qualifies buyers by understanding their requirements and interests; matches needs to various models; builds trust and rapport.
- Demonstrates vehicles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking test drives; explaining warranties and services.
- Closes sales by overcoming objections, negotiating price, and completing purchase contracts.
- Delivers vehicles to customers with a focus on creating a memorable experience.
- Maintains an in-depth understanding of inventory to encourage informed customer purchases.
- Provides sales management with information through regular reporting.
- Stays current with product knowledge and industry trends by participating in training and reading professional publications.
- Enhances dealership reputation by delivering exceptional service and exploring opportunities to add value.
- Participates actively in sales meetings and training provided by the dealership and manufacturers.
- Plans and adjusts strategies to meet sales goals, reviewing performance statistics.
- Assists with showroom and lot setup for promotions and new model displays.
- Collaborates with Sales Managers to structure attractive deals for customers.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental Pay:
